Customer Care

Please read the policy before purchasing.

Refunds ​

  • Due to the rising number of COVID-19, Monkeypox cases and other public health related issues (from state to state), we will no longer allow returns or exchanges to ensure the health of our team members. Please refer to the CDC for more information.

  • Sonita's Designs does not offer price adjustments if merchandise purchased is subsequently on sale or offered in a promotion. 

  • Refunds are only processed if an item is out of stock. If an item is sold out or of stock after you ordered you will be notified by email and refunded via the payment method you have chosen. For example if you paid via Afterpay you will be refunded via Afterpay, if you paid via PayPal you will be refunded via PayPal. There are no acceptions. This is the requirement of Afterpay, Paypal etc.... Please refer to the refund policy of the appropriate company you used to make the purchase. 

  • If an executive decsion is made to refund, and the product is returned to our corporate office, the item will be inspected for damages; if/when the item passes inspection the Customer Care Department will issue the refund.  Return address: Sonita's Designs LLC, 4229 Northern Pike, Monroeville PA 15146/ Att: Customer Care Team. Please note it will take at least 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed(from the date the item is recieved at the coporate office and processed through inspection).

Inventory 

  • Unfortunately an item can be sold out at anytime before the daily update.  If this should happen you will be notified via the email address you have provided. 

  • Sonita's Designs does not offer exchanges.

  • Colors may vary due to photo lighting.

Size 

  • Sizes are based on standard sizing; Sonita's Designs can not determine personal body types. We can only provide the size that the model is wearing. 

 

Shipping 

  • All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic orders may take up to 7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

  • You will recieve a tracking number after your package is processed by the carrier. Once your package recieves a tracking number, the carrier is responsible for the package. 

  • Sonita's Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged packages please contact the applicable carrier directly. 

  • Sonita's Designs does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

  • Sonita's Designs uses standard packaging, if you have a large order, your items may be delivered in separate packaging. 

  • Refused or returned to sender package will be held for 2 business days. If there is no response a credit will be issued to the email address you have provided in the form of a gift card. 

  • Sonita's Designs does not ship to P.O. Boxes. 

  • Sonita's Designs does not ship internationally.

Correspondence 

  • Inquiries are recieved via email only. Sonita's Designs will not correspond via text, social media or any other communication outlet.

  • Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response to inquiries.

  • Bullying, slander, profanity, threats, harassment, cyber bullying, hate speech, inappropriate language or behavior to a Sonita's Designs team member or affiliation will be reported to the proper authorities. Sonita's Designs reserves the right to pursue legal action in any of these cases.

  • Photos or images on www.sonitasdesigns.com is reserved for Sonita's Designs only. If a picture, likeness or content from www.sonitasdesigns.com is used for personal use or on social media inappropriately (slander, hate speech, complaint, harassment) Sonita's Designs reserves to pursue legal action.

Membership

  • Sonita's Designs reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject a purchase and unsubscribe or remove a customer from membership. 

  • Please note that you will be asked to verify your identity upon joining the site. You will recieve a 6 digit numeric code that is text or emailed to you to verify your identity. This process is soley used for security purposes.
